Alcatel-Lucent case study.
ICP had previously worked with Lucent Technologies to build and manage an online digital asset management and ordering system, in addition to responsibility for adapting and implementing global advertising programs.
Following the creation of Alcatel-Lucent, ICP have now been appointed to help in the development and implementation of a Marketing EcoSystem. The system will provide all the Business Units and Groups within the company with a variety of creation, adaptation, process and implementation tools to ensure consistency of look and feel across sales materials, collateral and media formats. As administrators, ICP will be responsible for working with all interested parties to ensure a seamless service delivery to all users including asset management, language adaptations, formatting and print on demand.
In addition, ICP work with various management groups such as Corporate Communications, Advertising and Marcom to plan and develop a variety of media based programmes, from creative input through to final execution in differing languages and formats for global implementation. For example we adapt images and approved creative work to fit a multitude of sizes required for Trade Shows across global markets. Show materials are either printed by ICP and supplied to the organizers or digital files are output to specification for the printers designated by the show organizers.
