Asset Management.
Over the years we have developed a number of asset management systems for our clients. Although based on a common database, the internet portals and associated functionality reflect the individual requirements of each client [e.g. Avon Cosmetics, Carlsberg, Estée Lauder, Jose Cuervo and Alcatel-Lucent].
We have recently been appointed to act as a ‘librarian' on a site developed internally by one of our global clients and appointed by another multinational organisation to manage the development and implementation of a Marketing EcoSystem.
Access to all sites is password controlled, reflecting different levels of permissions and actions. As an example of extranets, the Jose Cuervo site includes all assets, images, advertising materials (print, Outdoor, TV), and promotional materials that have been approved for global implementation. Images can be opened to be viewed on-screen or downloaded in low-res format for reviewing and presentation purposes. Likewise TV commercials can be downloaded in the form of mpegs. All high-res files need to be ordered from ICP thus ensuring both the integrity of the approved global creative execution as well as managing talent and usage rights.
The Library site is the only route for markets to view and order materials, with ICP seeking regional management approval before fulfilling all requests against approved estimate. Where possible materials are electronically transmitted through a dedicated FTP site.
