ICP is currently seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team.

SAMPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Process & Platforms

Work closely with People team leadership to build and maintain global system processes related to the following: talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, learning and professional development programs, talent management, and onboarding-related IT processes. Recommend and implement process changes that positively impact the business.

Oversee and maintain optimal function of our Human Resources Management System (HRIS built on Sage SaaS). Manage reporting, permissions, access, and other system settings.

Contribute to data integrity, global metrics, and provide reporting support

Execute offer letters and manage new hire documentation.

Manage ICP Contractor agreements and renewals

Policies & Compliance

Ensure all filings are submitted to government, state, and regulatory agencies accurately and timely. Support People Team leadership to ensure ICP is compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Serve as program administrator for global employment verification and authorization programs for incoming employees. 

Oversee compliance with all legal and government reporting regulations (e.g. EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.). Prepare information requested or required for compliance. Work with legal counsel and external governmental agencies. 

Manage audits of key company records and execute changes, from offer letters and contracts to Employee Handbook enhancements

Update existing and implement new global and regional People policies

Employee Experience & Benefits

Administrative support for Employee Experience programs and special projects (with some ownership), including total rewards, learning & development, DEI&B, compliance training, and other company offerings and programs

Liaise, administer, and serve as main point of contact for US People vendors, including ICP’s medical insurance, disability, 401k, HRIS/ATS, COBRA, and Learning & Development tools. 

Support employees on day-to-day questions, including benefits, policy, and system questions

Support and deliver a positive open enrollment experience for US employees, as well as execution of other wellness benefits and in-office perks

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience working in People Ops for a fast-paced organization

Proven track record managing HRIS

Demonstrated experience with regulatory, reporting, and compliance requirements

Knowledgeable with employment laws and legislation that may impact process and policies

Strong computer and internet research skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
