Global People Operations Specialist

ICP is currently seeking an experienced HR & People Operations Specialist to join our global team.

Key Responsibilities

Process & Platforms

Collaborate with People team leadership to build and maintain global system processes related to the following: talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, learning and professional development programs, talent management, and onboarding-related IT processes. Recommend and implement process changes that positively impact the business.

Contribute and take on ownership as we select and implement a new Human Resources Information System in 2024. Ongoing, this role will manage reporting, permissions, access, and other system settings.

Perform day-to-day people operational duties required to keep ICP employees and contractors running efficiently and effectively at all stages of the employee lifecycle

Support documentation for ICP Contractor agreements and renewals.

Proactively and thoughtfully address workplace and employee operations needs and issues on an individual and systematic basis

Contribute to data integrity, global metrics, and provide reporting support

Policies & Compliance

Support People Team leadership to ensure ICP is compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Ensure all filings are submitted to government, state, and regulatory agencies accurately and timely.

Oversee compliance with all legal and government reporting regulations (e.g. EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.). Prepare information requested or required for compliance.

Manage audits of key company records and execute changes, from offer letters and contracts to Employee Handbook enhancements

Update existing and implement new global and regional People policies

Employee Experience & Benefits

Administrative support for Employee Experience programs and special projects (with some ownership), including total rewards, learning & development, DEI&B, compliance training, and other company offerings and programs

Liaise, administer, and serve as main point of contact for US People vendors, including ICP’s medical insurance, disability, 401k, HRIS, and COBRA

Support employees on day-to-day questions and needs, including benefits, policy, and system questions

Support and deliver a positive open enrollment experience for US employees, as well as execution of other wellness benefits and in-office perks

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience working in HR/People Ops for a fast-paced organization, preference for someone who has worked with a multi-national organization

Proven track record managing HRIS, with preference for exposure and direct involvement in an HRIS change/implementation

Experience in benefits administration, including leave management

Knowledgeable with regulatory and reporting compliance

Attuned to employment laws and legislation that may impact process, policies, and compliance requirements

Strong computer and internet research skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
