Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill our vacancies.
· Taking the Initial round of telephonic interviews.
· Work on our HR platform.
· Shortlisting candidates and sharing the details with the Hiring Manager.
· Schedule and confirm interviews as per the hiring manager and candidates' availability.
· Prepare / Extract HR-related reports.
· Take initiative in arranging Employee Engagement activities

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HRM or similar field.
· Fluent written as well as oral communication skills.
· Should be punctual, disciplined and detail-oriented
* Microsoft Office skills
* The ability to multi-task with an interest in all aspects of the role
* Able to work both independently and as a part of a world class team
