Coty is a world leading beauty company making cosmetic, skincare, fragrances, hair color and styling brands. Coty is currently going a digital transformation program and is launching a new DAM and a new PIM. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of product data and assets.
As a Data Steward, you will focus on Digital Asset Management services as an integral function in day-to-day asset management operations. This person will assist with Digital Rights Management (DRM), manage user queries, enrich and quality assure assets across brands/products.
Quality assurance of client assets & data and system management
Promote best practice and the DAM and/or PIM platform across all user groups
Entry, tagging and quality assurance of incoming assets for global distribution platforms
Quality assurance, formatting, and ingest of copy for global distribution platforms
Audit files and metadata entries for completion and proper organization
Follow operational procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner
Respond and investigates end user inquiries and requests as directed
Support in providing reporting to stakeholders on platform usage metrics and KPIs
Key Experience & Skills

Media and technology agnostic, whilst displaying an affinity and passion for the industry

Keen interest in marketing campaigns and advertising production (formats)
