Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior/Graduate to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and wants to be part of a growing business.

You will be joining a busy Production team, supporting campaigns for some of the most beloved brands in the world.

You will have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow while working alongside the best in the business. We believe in fostering talent from within and you will have the opportunity to train to be a Production Project Manager.

Starting with an in-depth understanding of ICP's processes, you will receive comprehensive training and support the Production Project Management team.


Your daily tasks will comprise of:
- Updating our internal project management system as briefed by the PM’s
- Admin (maintaining trackers, supporting with estimates and drafting invoices, and reports)
- With training you will start doing some basic TV admin: script creation and transcribing, supporting with uploads to clearance bodies, preparing and sending copy rotations.
- With training you will learn how to manage broadcast playouts in multiple platforms such as Adstream, Peach & other.
- Support with social media uploads to Sprinkler and other platforms.
- Support out ESG initiatives with preparing data input into AdStream platform.


Key Experience & Skills

You are passionate about creativity and actively keeping yourself informed with industry news and trends.

You are eager to learn more about postproduction and adaptation/versioning across all production channels.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with many priorities and can effectively prioritise tasks and manage your time with the support of Project Management team.

You have a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

You pride yourself of your attention to detail and you are a proactive problem solver.

You can identify challenges and ask for support promptly.

Able to multi-task and show enthusiasm for all aspects of the role.

Good skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word are necessary.

Higher education or a degree in media/film/creative is advantageous.

Experience in the creative/media industry is advantageous.
