Project Manager

In addition to production, in 2006 we began to manage content for Diageo global brands and since then have expanded our Marketing technology offering & services across many global brands across a range of industries including Coca Cola, Coty, Mars and L’Oréal.

Key Responsibilities

This is a client facing role and requires the ability to manage the client’s needs through the whole project life cycle of a high-profile, high-volume, fast turnaround
digital marketing service offering; namely the management of our client’s Virtual make-up Try-on tool (Augmented reality).

The Project Manager will be required to work with several brands and stakeholders at the same time, in addition to managing physical product stock in the local office (London) and the pipeline of work in the studio. Close proximity to our London office is preferred.

You will take sole responsibility for the overall project, covering:
• Client brief and prioritization, working with multiple stakeholders globally
• Collecting product information, and input relevant data into the client’s CMS
• Product collection on-site and lifecycle management (to be defined)
• Briefing the ICP studio, tracking progress and informing back our stakeholders
• CMS management
• Colour matching
• Keeping internal project management systems and WIP trackers up to date
• Regular service level reporting for the Head of Production and the Client Partner
• Encouraging business growth by spotting opportunities and supporting with sell-ins

Key Experience & Skills

You are ideally coming from a creative and/or production agency and have a strong background in digital content. An experience with Augmented Reality content would be preferred. You are experienced in delivering high-volume, fast turnaround projects and/or campaigns for international brands.

You have experience managing both internal and external stakeholders, delivering high standards of service. You have an experience and interest in the beauty/make-up world.

You are confident in challenging assumptions and you can clearly articulate solutions. You have a can-do attitude and excellent communication and leadership skills, and you are comfortable in showing them adopting this approach with all clients, partners and your colleagues.

You pride yourself of your attention to detail and you are a proactive problem solver.
You are commercially minded and pro-actively seek opportunities to present ideas and solutions to the Head of Production and/or the Client partner to expand the breadth of the given brief and or identify additional service opportunities.

This role although focused on the client CMS & Augmented Reality will also include additional projects across traditional digital, print and video content.
