Widely recognized for our deep subject matter expertise and experience across a wide range of industries, we elevate and enhance our clients’ content lifecycle technologies and business processes to orchestrate the frictionless flow of content across Marketing and Commerce ecosystems.
We offer integrated Solutions that leverage our expertise in Content Operations across Digital Asset Management, Digital Commerce, and Creative Operations. By unlocking business value through Strategy and Consulting, and maximizing its potential through Content Services and Production, we deliver the best possible experience for our clients, their partners, and customers.
For ICP, Content is what our clients communicate to their audiences. We generally categorize Content as digital assets, product information, and marketing text and copy, all of which come into existence via a predictable lifecycle. Content Operations is the orchestration of Content during the Content Lifecycle through connected systems to omnichannel touchpoints.
Managed Content Services is the largest, most diverse delivery area within ICP. It includes over 200 people worldwide with a focus on delivering long-term support for Content Operations. MCS cultivates skillsets across the Content Supply Chain, with distinguished expertise in digital asset management (DAM) and product information management (PIM), focused on people and process support of our clients’ content ecosystems. We are a detail-oriented flock of Content integrity champions, data governance nerds, information science aficionados, and we truly love our clients’ brands.
