For ICP, Content is what our clients communicate to their audiences. We generally categorize Content as digital assets, product information, and marketing text and copy, all of which come into existence via a predictable lifecycle. Content Operations is the orchestration of Content during the Content Lifecycle through connected systems to omnichannel touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Managed Content Services is the largest, most diverse delivery area within ICP. It includes over 200 people worldwide with a focus on delivering long-term support for Content Operations. MCS cultivates skillsets across the Content Supply Chain, with distinguished expertise in digital asset management (DAM) and product information management (PIM), focused on people and process support of our clients’ content ecosystems. We are a detail-oriented flock of Content integrity champions, data governance nerds, information science aficionados, and we truly love our clients’ brands.
Your Role at ICP
The Regional Lead Americas provides service area leadership and management for the region, implementing strategic objectives by ensuring business growth while embodying core ICP values. While dedicated to their Service Area Leadership remit, the Regional Lead maintains an average of 40-60% billable client work to lead by example and remain close to the work delivered.
The Regional Lead is a strong leader of leaders, responsible for developing our senior practitioners and inspiring growth and engagement throughout our US and Mexico City offices. The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership experience and is results-driven, responsible for one of our largest delivery teams at ICP. A mixture of experience and/or awareness across Content Operations, marketing technology, digital commerce and rights management is required, as a deep understanding of the work we deliver enables the Regional Lead to continue developing and evolving the service area to both better deliver for clients and increase engagement and retention of our talent.
This senior-level leader will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, reporting to the London-based Global Head of Managed Content Services. We offer a hybrid working environment with a focus on encouraging regular and intentional office collaboration time for the broader team.
What You’ll Do:
The Regional Lead will drive delivery excellence and people development by delivering in four main opportunity areas:
People Leader
Focus on people development through the identification and nurturing of key skillsets required for MCS and ICP success
Lead regional capacity and utilization efforts to ensure delivery excellence and adhere to financial metrics
Drive engagement through service area initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and sense of belonging
A “leader of leaders,” the Regional Lead develops the MCS Americas Management Team, collaborating and delegating service area initiatives that are focused on communications, learning & development, and performance management of the broader MCS community
Collaborates with Global Head on, including but not limited to, career development paths and skills/capability mapping
Continues to evolve the Americas practice-led organizational structure, to scale with company growth
Provides direction on recruitment planning in partnership with ICP Talent Acquisition team
Service Area Delivery Ownership
Manages internal resource utilization and capacity for Americas guided by a knowledge of individual skillsets, availability, and internal tools
Responsible for overall engagement success for MCS accounts within the Americas region, providing operational measurement data to Global Head
Responsible for regional service check-in results, an internal quality assurance process for MCS account health, risk mitigation and best practice curation
Creation of templates and standardization of service deliverables to better align with solution approach in partnership with ICP's Service and Solution leaders
Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate with Solutions and Services leadership on regional initiatives, shared solutioning, and ways of working
Implement, monitor and report on innovation within the service area
Work with internal functions such as Finance and People Team to support people development and compensation regionally
Supports ICP Growth & Marketing through pitch participation for new clients
Provide expertise for relevant scopes of work on new and existing clients by collaborating with Client Partners
Account Delivery
40-60% billable work for client(s) within delivery area of marketing technology expertise, such as mar-tech system integration strategy, system launch, and/or operational discoveries to kick-start new managed service teams
Key Experience & Skills
What You’ll Have:
College degree required
7-10 years of relevant experience required
Subject matter expertise in at least one of MCS’s specialties of Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM) or Marketing Resource Management (MRM)
5+ years of experience in Content Operations or information science
A mixture of experience and/or awareness across Content Operations, marketing technology, digital commerce and rights management is required
Demonstrated leadership and people management
Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across ICP and client landscapes
Deep understanding of robust Content ecosystems and their components
Ability to think globally, act locally
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage simultaneous demands
Excellent communication skills—verbal, written and visual
Financial acumen and business intelligence
