US Senior Brand Steward - Unilever

Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain a thorough understanding of your Brands, where they sit in the digital ecosystem, their priorities, their activity on TAB to be able to identify gaps in improvements and potential business development.
• Strategize and bring ideas to the table on how to maximize DAM adoption, engagement and content organization for Brand/Markets/Stakeholders. Work with your division to implement these strategies and communicate your wins with the other divisions.
• Develop ways to increase communication and collaboration between local and global markets.
• Lead the strategic planning for the team, by checking industry trends and ICP activities.
• Assist management with building a strong strategy for the team (yearly KPI actions, brand engagement strategies, team structure strategies, etc.).
• First point of escalation for Brand Steward team and Global Librarians with client issues raised.
• Set priorities for the team and responsible for the team in meeting SLAs.
• Monitor workload of team and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Identify and lead implementation of workflow efficiencies where necessary.
• Consolidating user feedback & feature request and briefing business cases to the Implementation Leads
• Work with Brands to gather reporting questions / insights and define resulting actions based on analysis.
• Collate internal reporting requirements from your division.
• Assist management with cascading communications to the team.
• Assist management with recruitment, new hire onboarding and team development for your division.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• 1-2 years’ experience leading and managing a team.
• 2-4 years’ industry experience in media, digital asset management, librarian sciences or archives preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years’ experience using a digital asset management system or other tech system such as a digital library, CMS, PIM, or CRM preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years’ experience with client engagement/account management preferred but not required.
• College/University degree preferred.
