Tom is a seasoned content management practitioner with over 15 years of experience in Digital Content Management. With a diverse background as a technology vendor, product owner, and expert consultant to some of the world's largest and most complex businesses, he now serves as ICP's Global Head of Content Management & Logistics Solutions.
Tom has led numerous enterprise-scale digital asset management implementation projects and provided valuable counsel to C-suite executives on their strategic vision and ‘the art of the possible’ in this increasingly hard-to-navigate space.
Mary Katherine Barnes, Senior Manager, Managed Content Services, ICP
Mary Katherine has over twenty years of experience working with metadata and a Master of Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before joining ICP, Mary Katherine worked for UPS in digital asset management and content management for ten years. Mary Katherine has been with ICP for six years, and in that time has worked with over a dozen clients across multiple industries with a focus on metadata & taxonomy creation / implementation and migration strategy.

Bridget Jeffs, Senior Manager, Managed Content Services, ICP
Bridget is an information enthusiast with a background in Archives & Library Science, with 12 years in various parts of the information science and management space. Bridget has a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Simmons University. Prior to joining ICP, Bridget worked across corporate and institutional archives focusing on user access and technical system implementation. Bridget has been with ICP for almost six years, working with CPG clients around metadata & taxonomy creation/governance and ecosystem operations.
