ABOUT THE ROLE
The Ad Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing campaign setup within the Ad Server and website tagging across various markets. Partnering closely with agency teams, in-house activation teams, and website analytics teams to continue to drive operational excellence. You will also have the opportunity to work on Reckitt’s internal compliance dashboard and activation team gathering feedback and driving Reckitt’s marketing initiatives.
This role supports a global company where attention to detail, customer service, governance, and support are crucial. The primary focus will be on ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery, executing against processes, and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

How you will make an impact:

Ad Operations
• Facilitate and execute tasks involved with ad campaign management; includes setup & trafficking, QA & troubleshooting, monitoring performance & delivery, reporting & analytics, optimization, etc.
• Compliance checks, working closely with the data governance manager
• Support deployment of the Ad Operation model to all markets
• Implement and maintain the tracking of tags and pixels across a portfolio of web properties and managing their deployment via Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Ensure applicable business compliance checks are completed for new tag vendors / liaising with business teams to support the completion of relevant documentation
• Support rollout of website tagging with our markets and streamlining the process with our partner.
• Supporting our campaign builds across our activation process covering programmatic and social.
Finance Administration:
• Purchase Order Tracking and Management, ensuring accuracy.
• Monthly Invoicing reconciliations.
• Supplier statements: maintain and reconcile supplier statements to ensure financial accuracy.
• Process and resolving invoice queries received by our partners and stakeholders.
• Support with additional ad-hoc tasks carried out within the finance function.

Key Experience & Skills

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or related field, including a minimum of 1 years' experience in a publishing role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
• Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Ad trafficking or Website Tagging. Troubleshooting campaigns/tags & experience interacting with various external and internal stakeholders.
• Superb attention to detail working with numbers and financial information.
• Keeping PO tracking documents up to date and knowing when to escalate a payment concern or issue.
• Working experience with a tag management system (e.g. GTM) and Ad Servers (e.g. DCM)
• Knowledge of ad tagging ecosystem, including video (e.g. VAST, VPAID), JavaScript/HTML, tracking mechanisms (e.g. conversion, UTMs, 1x1s, and performance metrics (e.g. engagement, viewability)
• Proven ability to set clear expectations, prioritise activities, and follow through with timely execution in a cross functional team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative, self-starter with high work ethic.
• Excited to keep up with the latest progress and trends in ad tech.
• Highly organised with a close attention to detail
• Financially minded
• Proficient in the use of Excel and/or data entry
• Have prior experience in invoicing reconciliation preferable but not essential.
• Able to communicate well with different levels of seniority
